Nature: Extensive red brick granaries being erected on river (adjoining and in same style as Furlong's mills) near old Passage Railway Station on ground purchased from Corporation. 120ft long by 60ft wide. 3-storey front elevation relieved by recessed panels with pilasters reaching to the eaves. Plans approved by Corporation.
