Nature: Extension at rear consisting of courtyard opening through archway onto Marlborough St. Buildings on either side of gateway 'quietly designed after the manner of the late Georgian houses, of which there are plenty in the neighbourhood'.  Portion of scheme 'nearly completed' in Mar 1925.  Contractor: John Sisk & Son. £11,900.
