Nature: Design for monumental cross and well set within the break of a low wall outside the W end of a church. . For 3rd Earl of Dunraven.'In a "Wayside Cross and Conduit, at Adan[sic]. Ireland" (57) Mr Hardwick also presents us with a most captivating picture. The chapel and conduit are formed out of the ruins of an old abbey (article on Architectural Exhibition, London, in Civil Engineer and Architect's Journal 30, 1 Jun 1867, 259).
