Nature: New church with nave, side aisles, and deep chancel  'erecting'.  Nave piers of a 'beautiful and little known local marble'.  Architect: W. Armstrong  of Belleek.

Nature: New church to be built by Col. Irwin.. 'The Beresford Trustees...have, we believe, made a grant towards building a new church...stipulating that the Architect is to be Mr Fuller, whose name so often appears in the Journal in connexion with Church works.'.

Date: 1881?
Nature: Addition of tower.  (Design of entire church suggested by JFF in autobiography, but see  DB 6, 1 Sep 1864, 176, which says church was designed by Robert Williams Armstrong). Church consecrated 22 Nov 1881.
