Nature: New hall to seat about 300, with 2 small ante rooms. Esgimated cost £500. . Contractor: John Clarke, jr. Work commenced 29 Oct 1888. Gable wall collapsed in Jan 1889, whereupon J.F. Fuller was asked to make new plans.

Nature: New hall started from scratch (walls that had been built by previous contractor taken down).  Contractor: Henry Sharpe, Leeson Park, Dublin. Opened 27 May 1890.  Final cost: £1,100.
