Nature: Rebuilding of wholesle and retail tobacco warehouse, burnt in 1920,  for John O'Sullivan & Co. Upper part built to accord with Daniel Levie's design for Roches's Stores which occupies same block. Shop facade in artificial Connemara 'Imperator' slabs and Austrian oak.  Contractors: Murphy Bros., North Abbey Street, Cork.
