Nature: New 4-storey block , built after fire in North and Rosemay Streets in 1892. Builder: McCammond & Son. ForJ. & J. Haslett, chemists, who occupied half of premises while other half was let out to other shops. Mainly red brick and terracotta. Contractor: McCammond & Son. (Demolished.)
