Nature: 'A new garrison church was built in 1820.   The architect was Mr. Baldwin[sic] of the Board of First Fruits, which contributed £2,800 to the cost.  This building was completed in 1829, although 1839 is the date over the door.' (Clergy of Cashel) (Lewis gives date as 1830.)
