Nature: Renovated 4-storey, 3-bay premises in newly widened lower part of North St at corner of Long Lane. For William Dobbin & Co., wholesale grocers' druggists and drysalters. New front with fluted pilasters rising through upper storeys, balustraded parapet and segmental pediment containing 'conspicuous "Dobbin's" electric sign'. General contractor: McLaughlin & Harvey. (Demolished c.1991)
