Nature: New Italianate offices with projecting porch on angle. 8 shops at street level. Built in 2 stages; second stage commenced 1900. Glasgow stone. Contractor: Robert Corry. Sculpture by Purdy & Millard. Stained glass by Ward & Partners. Design claimed by Robert Young in Who's Who in Architecture (1923). Alts., 1923.
