Nature: New 4-storey warehouse for A. Gribbon. Red brick with cement dressings. Handsome doorway on Dublin Rd. Rapidly approaching completion in Jul 1891. Completed by Dec 1892. Contractor: W. McCammond. Additions, 1899. (Demolished, 2000ca.)
