Supervising architect: Robert Walker. Iron components by Stockton forge Company. Opened 11 Nov 1882.  Cost £28,000. (Taken down in 1960s)

Nature: New swing bridge designed by T.C. Fidler, replacing earlier structure (Anglesea Bridge) which had become too small for shipping. RW supervising architect. Contrs: Alex. Rooney, and later John Delany. . Cost: £30,000. Opened 1882. (Taken down in 1960s) for Cork Corporation & Harbour Board.
