Nature: EE, with triple lancet in W end and aisles separated from nave by 7-arch arcade.  FS laid 18 Aug 1855. Ded. 28 Aug 1859 and cons. before 12 Nov 1859. 'The clergymen of the order have themselves been the builders'. Temporary black marble font designed by Galway artist, Mr Clare. Corona before high altar gift of MBM.
