FS laid 18 Jun 1876.  Completed Sep 1878.  Builders:  Ryan & Sons, Limerick & Waterford. .Design 'sadly mutilated'.  Builder: Ryan & Sons, Limerick & Waterford..   Cost of £7,500 (or £7,500?), including magnificent peal of bells borne by 'Roman Catholic merchants'.
