Woodwork of pitch pine, 'the light colour of which gives the place and exceedingly bright and cheerful appearance and sets off well the various coloured glasses and crystal ornaments'. Contractor: Mssrs. Meade. Legal action brought by builder (Meade) againstowner (Mouillot) for payment of final certificate for rebuilding of restaurant, 1879..
