Contractor: George Crampton (but Irish Times, 26 Sep 1902, says James Beckett). Clerk of works: R. Wilson. Memorial stone laid in facade of Block C, 27 Aug 1901; Three sides of square 'close on completion', Sep 1902. Extended 1907-8. Contractor for extension: C.J. Crampton (£6,000). Clerk of Works: R. Wilson. New buildings opened by Chief Secretary, Augustine Birrell, 16 Jan 1909.
