Fleming 'of the Inchicore paper mills', proprietors.. Work commenced 15 May 1918. To cost over £40,000.  Opened 10 Aug 1920. Contractor: J. & R. Thompson.  Stained-glass windows by J. Clarke & Sons. Plaster ceiling on first floor by George Rome & Co., Dublin.
