Nature: New 7-bay, 2-storey house, for Brockhill Newburgh, M.P. attr. to RC, though Mulligan favours attribution to Edward Lovett Pearce.. Oval saloon at rear. (Later became an Agricultural School).  Mulligan suggests William Farrell as architect of gate lodge.
