Nature: Restoration, virtually rebuilding, after fire of Jan 1889. Walls of nave and wings renewed. Open pitch-pine roof. Pulpit restored with Caen stone. Cost over £2,500. Church reopened 10 Oct 1891. Contractor: J. Smith.
