Engineer. John Patrick Caffrey, BE,was active in Co. Wicklow, from ast least 1931 when he designed a sewerage system for Carnew.. He was town surveyor for Arklow, Co. Wicklow, from 1940 or earlier until 1961 or later and was also an assistant county engineer for Co. Wicklow from 1948 or earlier until 1956 or later.
