English sculptor and proprietor of the Westminster Marble Works, London, active in the second and third decades of the nineteenth century. Thomas Henry Hartley sculpted the low relief image of a mourning hussar for the monument to Captain Henry Maxwell Howard (d. 1875) which was put up in Killiskey Church of Ireland church by his brother officers in the 18th Hussars.(1)
