Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Architect, of London, and FRIBA.& FRIBA.& #160; 'Paul' Hyslop, who trained under at the Architectural Association under Howard Robertson and ROBERT ATKINSON  ROBERT ATKINSON and also worked with PHILIP TILDEN PHILIP TILDEN , is best remembered for his work as a restorer and designer of British country houses.(1)   In 1939 - when work of this kind in Britain mjust have dwindled - he designed two semi-detached houses on the Mount Merrion Estate, Dublin, for John Kenny & Sons.(2)
