Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Stuccadore and scagliola worker, of London, for whom see Ingrid Roscoe (ed.), A Biographical Dictionary of Sculptors in Britain 1660-1851 (Yale University Press, 2009), 77-79.  Domenico Bartoli, who was born in Leghorn, Italy, was resident for many years in England.In Ireland he worked for JAMES WYATT  JAMES WYATT at Castle Coole, co. Fermanagh, in 1794-95, producting scagliola columns and pilasters for the house.(1)
