Builder, of Dublin, who, together with JOHN SCOTT and J. HANDLEY , was one of the the three principal developers of the south side of Mountjoy Square in the 1790s.(1) He may be the person of the same name who married Mary How at St Andrew's Church of Ireland church, Dublin, on 26 December 1772.(2)
