Employee of the sixth Duke of Devonshire at Chatsworth, who acted as clerk of works for new building work at Lismore Castle, Co. Waterford, 1850-1858.(1) He is described as 'architect to the Duke of Devonshire at Lismore' in JRSAI 5 (1858), 72.
