Stuccadore, of 7 South Ann Street, Dublin, who carried out plaster and stucco work at St Andrew's church when it was being completed under the direction of FRANCIS JOHNSTON FRANCIS JOHNSTON circa 1800.  The members of the committee responsible for the work on the church were so satisfied with Lewellyn's work that they wrote an open letter to the Freeeman's Journal, published on 7 July 1801, to serve as a 'public testimony of our entire approbation of his execution of the Stucco Work and Plaistering in the Church', recommending him as 'a young man highly deserving encouragement in the line of his business'.
