Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Sculptor, of Cork, active  from the 1890s until 1921 or later.   In an advertisement  of 1907 O'Connell, describing himself as 'a practical working artist', claimed to have 'the largest staff of Artists and skilled workmen in Ireland'.
