Ornamental ironworkers, of Avenue de la Grande Armée, Paris, active in the 1860s, when they designed and executed the gates for the Tinnehinch entrance to the Powerscourt demesne, Co. Wicklow, for Mervyn Wingfield, 7th Viscount Powerscourt. According to Lord Powerscourt, the gates were exhibited in the Paris Exhibition of 1867 and erected at Powerscourt in 1869.(1)
