Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Architect and builder, of Belfast, active in the 1820s. John Murphy leased land in Eliza Street, Stanfield Street and Welsh Street, Belfast, from the Donegall estates in 1820 and 1829.(1)   In the latter year he also leased land in Cromac, Belfast, from Gilbert McIlveen.(2)
