Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

D.R. Kennedy was appointed architect by Bandon Town Council for its housing scheme in 1920. The appointment was referred to the Local Government Board, as Kennedy, who had a BE degree, was not a member of the RIAI or the RIBA.(1)  Possibly the same person as the 'D.I. Kennedy', CE, of Tipperary, who was appointed temporary County Surveyor for Roscommon in December 1922.(2)
