Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Architect, of Edinburgh, for whom see Directory of British Architects 1834-1914 (RIBA 2001), II, 917, and Dictionary of Scottish Architects (www.scottisharchitects.org.uk). James Maitland Wardrop was the architect of 'extensive' works at Markree Castle, Co. Sligo, for Lt. Col. Edward Henry Cooper, in 1866.(1)
