In 1915 the partnership of ROBERT GRAEME WATT ROBERT GRAEME WATT , FREDERICK HENRY TULLOCH FREDERICK HENRY TULLOCH and NICHOLAS FITZSIMONS NICHOLAS FITZSIMONS , known as WATT TULLOCH & FITZSIMONS WATT TULLOCH & FITZSIMONS changed its name to TULLOCH & FITZSIMONS TULLOCH & FITZSIMONS , presumably as a result of the death or retirement of Robert Graeme Watt. The firm of Tulloch & Fitzsimons practised under this name until the 1940s, although Tulloch retired to England in 1922..
