Architect or engineer, of Aclare, Co. Sligo, who was appointed architect for Swinford District Council's labourers' cottage scheme in 1907.(1)

(1) IB 49, 4 May 1907, 326.  He was possibly Richard Taylor, who is described in the 1911 census as 'Carpenter &c Engineer'.and who, when the census was taken, was thirty years old and living in Aclare with his parents, James and Honoria Taylor.
