Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Builder, of Dublin, active in the 1830s. He may be the Richard Saunders of Dublin, a copy of whose will of 19 October 1836 is in the National Archives.(1) A person of this name was awarded a second-class premium by the Dublin Society's School of Drawing in Architecture on 4 June 1812(2) and was admitted a freeman of the city of Dublin as a member of the Bricklayers' Guild by virtue of service at Michaelmas 1815.(3)
