Engineer, of Moate, Co. Westmeath,(1) and later of Kenny House, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath(2) active from 1906 or earlier until 1913 or later. According to the1911 census John F. Robins, a farmer's son from Ballynagarby, Bellanalack, Co. Westmeath, was born in Co. Westmeath in 1879 or 1880.(3) In 1907 he was appointed engineer under the Labourers' Cottages Act to Ballymore (Co. Westmeath) District Council.(4)
