Town Surveyor of Ballymoney, Co. Antrim, from 1933 or earlier(1) until circa 1950 (after which the post was held by R. Robinson & Son) and of Ballycastle, Co. Antrim, from 1933 or earlier until 1948. He may be the 'R. Robinson' who designed a house at Ballynaloob, Co. Antrim, as early as 1916.(2)

RSUA: member by 1937; ceased membership circa 1950.(3)
Royal Sanitary Institute: member by 1933.
