Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Architect and builder, of Tintern, Co. Wexford.   According to his 1911 census return, Michael Power 'Farmer & Builder', of Tintern, was born in Co. Wexford in 1855 or 1856.  He designed and built the Catholic churches at Templetown, Poulfur and  Duncannon, Co. Wexford.  At the time of the census he had been married for nineteen years to his wife, Margaret, and had seven children.
