Carpenter and builder, of 31 Cuffe Street, Dublin, listed as such in Wilson's Dublin Directory for the years 1828-1837 and in the Post Office Annual Directory for 1839. Parker's name appears on a list of Dublin master builders compiled in March 1834.(1)
