Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Civil engineer and assistant county surveyor for Co. Derry.   According to his 1911 census return, Patrick McNulty, was born in Co. Sligo in 1874 or 1875.(1)  The information in the return that the three eldest of his seven children were born in Co. Donegal between 1896 and 1899 or 1900 and the remaining four in Co. Derry from 1900 or 1901 onwards suggests that he was working in Co. Donegal  before his appointment an assistant county surveyor for Co. Derry, probably in 1899.(2)   He remained in the post until his death in 1935.(3)

Association of Municipal & County Engineers: admitted member, 1 October 1921.(4)

Address: Glen Cottage, Maghera, Co. Derry, 1903.(5)  Fallagloon, Tullykeeran, Co. Derry, 1911.
