Town surveyor to Drogheda Corporation from 1900 or earlier. Nicholas Hatch studied engineering at Trinity College, Dublin, and obtained the LCE degree in 1868.(1) He had been appointed town surveyor for Drogheda by 1900 but had been succeeded by WALTER T. MCCANN by 1907. He was one of the subscribers to the new Catholic church at Tullyallen, Drogheda, in 1898.(2)
