Architect, of Birkenhead, England, for whom see Directory of British Architects 1834-1914 (RIBA 2001), I, 409-10. According to the diary of CHARLES BLACKER VIGNOLES , the footbridge built for Lord Cloncurry over the Dublin & Kingstown Railway at Blackrock in 1833-4 was designed by him.(1)
