Architect, of Belfast(?), who superinteded the construction of the Ulster Bank, Waring Street, Belfast, to the designs of the Glasgow architect JAMES HAMILTON JAMES HAMILTON , 1859-60. Moore had already designed or built the Ulster Arcade for Mssrs. Lindsay.(1)
