Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Builder, of Dublin. Isaac Manders was admitted to the Dublin Society's School of Drawing in Architecture on 1 March 1798.(1) He appears in Wilson's Dublin Directory for 1806 as a bricklayer at Wentworth Place; the address is given at 46 Dawson Street in the editions for 1811 and 1814. 'Isaac Manders, Esq.' of Castlesize, Sallins, Co. Kildare was a subscriber to Samuel Lewis's Topographical dictionary of Ireland (1837).
