Builder and joiner, of Scotch Street, Dungannon, listed as such in Bradshaw's General Directory (1820), where his name is spelt 'Lelburn'. 'Thomas Lilburn, sen. & jun.' appear at the same address in Pigot & Co.'s City of Dublin and Hibernian Provincial Directory (1824). In the Board of Works minutes for 12 July 1826 it is recorded that his proposals for building Dungannon Court House and Bridewell were preferred to those of JAMES BOLGER.
