Architect who entered two designs in the competition for designing St George's Church, Dublin, 1801.(1) He may have been one of the three Barkers who attended the Dublin Society's School of Drawing in Architectture in the last two decades of the eighteenth century, viz. William Barker, who was admitted on 2 April 1789, Frederick Barker, who was admitted on 7 December 1797, and George Barker, who won one of two second-class premiums on 11 April 1799.(2)
