Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Engineer under the Board of Works. John Latimer served his pupilage with JOHN C. BOWER  JOHN C. BOWER and CHARLES PHILIP COTTON  CHARLES PHILIP COTTON from 1877 to 1880. He entered the employment of the Board of Works, serving as superintendent of fishery piers and harbours in 1881-1882, and subsequently as an inspector for investigating loans under the Land Act. He died on 29 November 1924.
