Carpenter and builder, of Dublin, active in the 1830s and early 1840s. John Lambert of Townsend Street appears on a list of the master carpenters and bulders of Dublin compiled in March 1834.(1) In Pettigrew & Oulton's Dublin Almanac for 1841 his designation has changed to 'engineer'. He had probably died by 1844, when only a Mrs Lambert remained at his house in Upper Mountpleasant Avenue.
