Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

John Hill was the winner of one of four premiums awarded by the Dublin Society's School of Drawing in Architecture on 27 March 1806.(1) He may be the John Hill who trained as a surveyor under WILLIAM LARKIN WILLIAM LARKIN , for whom see Sarah Bendall, ed., Dictionary of Land Surveyors and Local Map-Makers of Great Britain and Ireland 1530-1850 (2nd edition, 1997), II, 246.
