Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

A plan and elevation for a seven-bay single-storey school house with Gothic detailing signed by John Cullinan and inscribed 'School Houses Designed for Lady Bantry' was in the collection of Ceall Hyland in 1980.(1) It appears to date from circa 1825-30. It is somewhat crudely drawn, which suggests that Cullinan may have been more of a builder than an architect.
