Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Engineer, of Athlone, Co. Westmeath, responsible for the plans of the National School, Ballymahon Road, Athlone, in 1909.(1)  According to the 1911 census, James Fair was born in Co. Dublin in 1873 or 1874.   At the time of the census he was unmarried and living with his elder brother Charles in Athlone.
